How online tickets work

When you book your Madame Tussauds Prague tickets online, you choose your visit date. 

Immediately after purchase, you will get a confirmation email. 

There is no need for printouts. 

On the day of the visit, you can show the confirmation email on your phone and enter the museum. 

These tickets are valid for the date selected, but you can enter any time. 

If your plan changes, you can reschedule your tickets online. 

Cost of tickets

Tickets for visitors 16 years and above are priced at 290 CZK. 

Discounted tickets for kids under 15, students under 26, and seniors older than 65 years are priced at 200 CZK.

The family combo is best suited for two adults and two kids under 15 years and costs 750 CZK.

When you buy tickets online, you save your time from being wasted at the counter lines.

Opening hours

Prague Madame Tussauds opens at 10 am and closes at 8 pm every day of the week. 

The last entry is at 7.15 pm so that the visitors get at least 45 minutes to see what’s on display.

Best time to visit 

The best time to visit Prague’s Madame Tussauds is as soon as they open at 10 am or between 2 pm and 5 pm.

Since it usually takes 90 minutes to explore the attraction, even if you start at 5 pm, you will be done before the Wax Museum closes.
