How online tickets work

When you book your Madame Tussauds San Francisco tickets online, you choose your date of visit. 

Immediately after purchase, you will get the confirmation mail. 

There is no need for any printouts. 

On the day of the visit, you can show your confirmation mail on your phone and enter the museum. 

These ticket are valid for entry on the date selected, but you can enter at any time.

Escape Room

This San Francisco Madame Tussauds ticket also includes access to the Escape Room called Alcatraz: The Breakout.

By Train

If you prefer BART, exit at the Embarcadero station and take the F-Line, which is the city’s local trolley system.

The trolley will drop you directly across the street from our attraction.

If you take the cable car to Bay and Taylor, walk north toward Jefferson St. then make a left onto Jefferson.

The attraction is located half a block down on the left side of the street.
