How online tickets work

When you book your Madame Tussauds Shanghai tickets online, you choose your visit date. 

Immediately after purchase, you will get a confirmation email. 

There is no need for printouts. 

On the day of the visit, you can show the confirmation email on your phone and enter the museum. 

These tickets are valid for the date selected, but you can enter any time.

Tickets for Madame Tussauds Shanghai cost the same on both weekdays and weekends.

Student ticket: ¥150
Child ticket: ¥140
Senior ticket: ¥140

Kids below the height of 1 meter (3.28 feet) needn’t buy tickets, and children between 1 to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) must get a Child ticket. 

All visitors taller than 1.4 meters must buy an adult ticket.
